Eagle FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Mali i Thatë FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucio Claus took the corner. Lucio Claus made a great header on Eagle FC's corner, it was just that Mali i Thatë FC's Drini Kapaj managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 14th minute, Lucio Claus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norbert Chwalkiewicz to make the kick off. Cătălin Gârniceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Chwalkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56thth minute of the game Lucio Claus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mali i Thatë FC's Drini Kapaj was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Mali i Thatë FC's Erando Gacaferi got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to Eagle FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Lucio Claus hit a great ball. Eagle FC's Pana Rama was substituted for Lucio Claus. In the 61st minute, Lucio Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eagle FC's Cătălin Gârniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Pedro Cardozo in the 66th minute of play. After 73 played minutes Eagle FC got a freekick which was hit by Arenc Tefa. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eagle FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vlash Xhaferri was slow to take the kick. During this time Mali i Thatë FC's players had a chance to rest. Ekrem Tapa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mali i Thatë FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Erando Gacaferi hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes Mali i Thatë FC got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Chwalkiewicz. Eagle FC made a substitution. Denis Gusakovskiy replaced Damaso Cefero. In the 89th match minute, Mali i Thatë FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Chwalkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Drini Kapaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekrem Tapa in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Pana Rama who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mali i Thatë FC's Drini Kapaj was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pana Rama fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Drini Kapaj having to interfere. The Eagle FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
