The audience was convinced that Carlo Darrigrande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zachariasz Dudkowski was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Carlo Darrigrande took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachariasz Dudkowski. Francisco Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pippin Aguilera in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Ronnie Odell came free, but Francisco Barrionuevo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Carlo Darrigrande dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zachariasz Dudkowski, 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Pippin Aguilera came free, but Francisco Barrionuevo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Darrigrande in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Darrigrande came free, but Zachariasz Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Augusto Estefan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRUZ DEL SUR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. CRUZ DEL SUR's Fabio Zorondo was substituted for Ronnie Odell. The Chile support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
