Federico Girotti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Henning Heringer made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Federico Girotti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Henning Heringer. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. Federico Girotti scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Heringer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Obbo Tippelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 minutes, Oso Ted mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cartero de Agronomia F.C. and the PoznanGalaxy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Oso Ted got a free kick in the 36th minute. Armando Basajaun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 巩翔傲, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s attentive Oso Ted managed to snatch the ball when Obbo Tippelt made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Federico Girotti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Girotti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Heringer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Girotti was the one to do the kick off. Henning Heringer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Belasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evaristo Errando in the 56th minute. Armando Basajaun made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when 巩翔傲 sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, PoznanGalaxy's Armando Basajaun threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 巩翔傲, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Girotti in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henning Heringer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A wasted opportunity for Cartero de Agronomia F.C.. In the 95th minute Fabricio Miro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Heringer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PoznanGalaxy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
