Robin Hood might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fumo Canuto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robin Hood ran back to his position shaking his head. 4 minutes into the match, George Weahs Academy's goalkeeper Fumo Canuto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Hood. After 11 minutes Бенковски Тетевен's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francis Birir who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 15 minutes, Robin Hood managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Бенковски Тетевен's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Hood was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Robin Hood who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but George Weahs Academy's Fumo Canuto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. George Weahs Academy's Fumo Canuto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save George Weahs Academy from getting a goal against them. Fumo Canuto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Hood in the 22nd minute. Бенковски Тетевен's Robin Hood got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Бенковски Тетевен's Ni Guang Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Burgos in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the game Francis Birir made a throw-in which Mwai Emilio Otieno played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Hood got free with Fumo Canuto in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Riho Ringo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Robin Hood scored 2-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fumo Canuto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franco Burgos was the one to do the kick off. 61 minutes into the game, Franco Burgos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Бенковски Тетевен's Francisc Turcu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. George Weahs Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Francisc Turcu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Francisc Turcu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fumo Canuto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 82 minutes George Weahs Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisc Turcu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Бенковски Тетевен's Traian Delas to fire away a dangerous shot which Fumo Canuto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fumo Canuto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Hood in the 84th minute of the match. The corner ended in Francisc Turcu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but George Weahs Academy's Fumo Canuto did a great save. Ngina Njoroge who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Ni Guang Yong when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Franco Burgos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francis Birir charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francis Birir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Бенковски Тетевен booed when George Weahs Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francis Birir didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Бенковски Тетевен fans cheered their team off the field, for while George Weahs Academy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
