Tolga Yeğiner started the match with the kick off. Tolga Yeğiner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jon Iruegas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Tolga Yeğiner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jon Iruegas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tolga Yeğiner in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Iruegas saved Sporting Cristal from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Tolga Yeğiner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jon Iruegas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Hayrullah Ortan got a free kick in the 38th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldão Nogueira made a kick off. The 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Tolga Yeğiner looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hüseyin Turan Elçibey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsa Ulaç having to interfere. 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Gazanfer Özcan Ayana was substituted for Günay Ongay. Ronaldão Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Milosz Budzyn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon Iruegas was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Milosz Budzyn put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jon Iruegas. Sporting Cristal's Frank Tassotti was substituted for Tobias Larsson. Sporting Cristal's Christian Luciano was substituted for Fernanco Peso. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milosz Budzyn in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Iruegas saved Sporting Cristal from getting behind. 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's İsa Ulaç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldão Nogueira in the 84th minute of play. Benedicto Gerazan kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, İsa Ulaç successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 95th minute, Hüseyin Turan Elçibey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Milosz Budzyn made a precise shot to the right of Jon Iruegas. Sporting Cristal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.
