Sezai Yura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Quiroga in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Germanas Judeikis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostol Sokolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Ahmet Korcan Gökalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Apostol Sokolov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Monitor Huáscar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
