The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Waitakere F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Laur Pererahu came free, but Marcos Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacho Scocco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Virgo Lööper firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Vasco got free with Virgo Lööper in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Batistuta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Virgo Lööper skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marcos Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Brudnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Virgo Lööper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Batistuta in the 31st minute of the match. Gabriel Batistuta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgo Lööper having to interfere. Janar Taelma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Marcos Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laur Pererahu in the 43rd minute of play forced Waitakere F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcos Burni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Janar Taelma made a kick off. Marcos Burni made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Laur Pererahu sent off a good shot on target. FC Muuga United's Virgo Lööper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Batistuta in the 54th minute of play. Waitakere F.C. made a substitution. Delmiro Oto replaced Nacho Scocco. The corner led Waitakere F.C.'s Ignacio Ereinotz to fire away a dangerous shot which Virgo Lööper despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Virgo Lööper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piara Santo went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute, Piara Santo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Waitakere F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Virgo Lööper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piara Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, FC Muuga United's goal looked a bit too open when Piara Santo came free, but Virgo Lööper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laur Pererahu in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcos Burni, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 78 played minutes Waitakere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Virila. FC Muuga United's Kaspar Hein was substituted for Agur Vabamäe. After a rather tough play, Waitakere F.C.'s Jairo Virila got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 82nd play minute Janar Taelma came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcos Burni. 2-1. FC Muuga United's Teet Vahing was substituted for Laur Pererahu. FC Muuga United's Virgo Lööper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piara Santo in the 88th minute of play. Piara Santo spun around in front of the goal 88 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Muuga United's goal. Anastasio Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Virgo Lööper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piara Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
