After 5 minutes SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ardy Pakubuwono who took care of the corner kick. Erivaldo Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Cabezon in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Don Cabezon made a precise shot to the right of Erivaldo Catarinense. SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Erivaldo Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Cabezon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Don Cabezon scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erivaldo Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ardy Pakubuwono took the corner. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Mauro Dos Santos with Don Cabezon as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Neil Mcinnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 played minutes AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Dos Santos. In the 46thth minute of the game Don Cabezon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C.'s Erivaldo Catarinense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neil Mcinnes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. made a substitution. Edvaldo Motta replaced Dinei Tinoco. 56 minutes in the game Mauro Dos Santos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Don Cabezon. With an all-out effort, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Erivaldo Catarinense threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Don Cabezon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Don Cabezon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Don Cabezon might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erivaldo Catarinense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Don Cabezon ran back to his position shaking his head. Erivaldo Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Don Cabezon in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erivaldo Catarinense saved SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Neil Mcinnes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Podador Raheiro was substituted for Don Cabezon. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC made a substitution. Samuel Mambru replaced Ardy Pakubuwono. After 78 played minutes SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Seçkin Ünlüol. The supporters of AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC booed when SANTOS Indaiatuba F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seçkin Ünlüol didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Mcinnes in the 87th minute of play forced AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Dacian Nițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dacian Nițescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
