With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mané Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's zone, Jürgen Trittin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané Viana came out of the goal and Jürgen Trittin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game John Bratt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kattvik kings's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Şenel Zeval in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson got control of the ball when Mattias Wennerberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlinhos de Brito in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Arvidsson saved Kattvik kings from getting behind. After 32 minutes Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Şenel Zeval who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Kattvik kings's Şenel Zeval to fire away a dangerous shot which Mané Viana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Damian Dobrea was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, one of Kattvik kings:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alvar Arvidsson had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Chico de Brito's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jürgen Trittin to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Kattvik kings's Reine Kinnman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mané Viana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 61st minute Mattias Wennerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jürgen Trittin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mané Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mané Viana stood somewhat misplaced when Jürgen Trittin came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Mané Viana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şenel Zeval went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Adam Kopacz was substituted for Carlinhos de Brito. Reine Kinnman struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Mané Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kattvik kings. Mané Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jürgen Trittin in the 82nd minute of the match. Alvar Arvidsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Kopacz, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Adam Kopacz put it in 3-4 from a short distance just to the right of Alvar Arvidsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Kopacz in the 93rd minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Lopes in the 94th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
