Palmiro Gueifão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Monico in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the match Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ got a corner. Laranjense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Soin Buisan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Téo Matorin was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Laranjense's Milosz Juszkowski got a free kick in the 11th minute. If Cayetano Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Laranjense's zone, Cayetano Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Palmiro Gueifão came out of the goal and Cayetano Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Monico in the 18th minute of play forced Laranjense's goalkeeper Palmiro Gueifão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milosz Juszkowski in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentin Bernal saved Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ from getting behind. In the 23rd minute of the match Laranjense got a corner. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfredinho Cabral ran over to the corner to take the kick. Laranjense's Alfredinho Cabral was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Valentin Bernal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cayetano Monico scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Palmiro Gueifão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentin Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Peio in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Luiz Eduardo Neiva threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Heintje Koehler quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ booed when Laranjense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Salvino in the 39th minute of play forced Laranjense's goalkeeper Palmiro Gueifão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ booed when Laranjense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredinho Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredinho Cabral charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredinho Cabral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Laranjense's Alfredinho Cabral got a free kick in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Palmiro Gueifão successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 56th minute of the match Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ got a corner. Laranjense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Soin Buisan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Soin Buisan made a great header on Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's corner, it was just that Laranjense's Palmiro Gueifão managed to reach the ball for a save. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ made a substitution. Luiz Eduardo Albuquerque replaced Gilson Matorin. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Igor Milko was substituted for Cayetano Monico. After 60 minutes Laranjense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Soin Buisan who took care of the corner kick. Valentin Bernal came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Laranjense's Milosz Juszkowski. But to his dismay, Milosz Juszkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Palmiro Gueifão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Palmiro Gueifão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Igor Milko came free and shot a quick shot against goal 70 minutes in the game, fortunately Palmiro Gueifão had problems saving as it came toward the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Milko in the 71st minute of play forced Laranjense's goalkeeper Palmiro Gueifão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Igor Milko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Palmiro Gueifão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Igor Milko put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Palmiro Gueifão. Alfredinho Cabral scored 2-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentin Bernal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lorenzo Fréchou charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Fréchou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Laranjense got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Fréchou. In the 95th match minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Téo Matorin to maneuver through the defense.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
