Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antonio Hrste started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Maksimir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Šandor Dajčić to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Manex could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Antonio Križanec made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Salvador Hats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Antonio Hrste sped through El Fortín de Floresta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santos Orlan. Mauro Jurišić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Jurišić in the 27th minute of the match. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Šandor Dajčić in the 29th minute of play. Alvino Tinto came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antonio Križanec could save by the left post. Delmar Manex fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Križanec having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salvador Hats to strike the kick off in the second half. Lisandro Martinez made in the 50th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Maksimir's Gradimir Antonić. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Hrste in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to El Fortín de Floresta getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lisandro Martinez hit a great ball. The supporters of Maksimir booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan got control of the ball when Antonio Hrste tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 61 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Martinez. In the 63rd minute, Lisandro Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Maksimir booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maksimir made a substitution. Adrijan Grbović replaced Danijel Petrlin. In the 69th match minute, El Fortín de Floresta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Martinez to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Santos Orlan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 73rd minute Delmar Manex shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Križanec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th of the match, Adrijan Grbović tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Santos Orlan got in the way and made a wonderful save. El Fortín de Floresta made a substitution. Cristo Orlan replaced Eleuterio Rio. Maksimir's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Dodaj in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Frances. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Dodaj in the 89th minute of play forced El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Delmar Manex made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Križanec. Maksimir's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Chants of Maksimir echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as El Fortín de Floresta had held the ball for most of the match.
