Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adah Keter got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Trendafil Tashevski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Peter Nyamau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trendafil Tashevski in the 6th minute of play forced Hurst Green's goalkeeper Peter Nyamau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes Hurst Green's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kristian Brolin who took care of the corner kick. Thomas Sørensen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Chege, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Antonio Dino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Peter Nyamau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slavey Kozovski during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Grivata's Slavey Kozovski got a free kick in the 21st minute. Thomas Sørensen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Chege, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Hurst Green got a corner. FC Grivata's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Dadi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Grivata's goalie and right to Martin Chege. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Grivata's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Peter Nyamau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trendafil Tashevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slavey Kozovski got free with Peter Nyamau in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 minutes Hurst Green's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kristian Brolin who took care of the corner kick. Kristian Brolin made a great header on FC Grivata's corner, it was just that Hurst Green's Peter Nyamau managed to reach the ball for a save. Arhangel Vergov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Peter Nyamau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristian Brolin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hurst Green's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kristian Brolin was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Grivata's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Kristian Brolin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Nyamau quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hurst Green's Peter Nyamau couldn't get a good grip on the ball when Kristian Brolin shot the distance nicking the right pole and went into goal in the 36th minute, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adah Keter in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Sørensen saved FC Grivata from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Hurst Green's zone, Trendafil Tashevski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Nyamau came out of the goal and Trendafil Tashevski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Dino in the 45th minute of play forced Hurst Green's goalkeeper Peter Nyamau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Eero Grönholm made the kick off in the second half. McDonald Leakey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Thomas Sørensen made a huge save. 56 minutes into the match, Hurst Green's goal looked a bit too open when Slavey Kozovski came free, but Peter Nyamau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, FC Grivata's goalkeeper Thomas Sørensen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by McDonald Leakey. McDonald Leakey spun around in front of the goal 58 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Grivata's goal. Antonio Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trendafil Tashevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Peter Nyamau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Grivata's Thomas Sørensen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Chege in the 67th minute of play. Thomas Sørensen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Chege, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomas Sørensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Chege in the 74th minute of the match. After 76 minutes of play, FC Grivata's Antonio Dino made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Nyamau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Trendafil Tashevski took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Nyamau. Peter Nyamau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trendafil Tashevski in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Nyamau saved Hurst Green from getting behind. In the 84th minute FC Grivata were awarded a corner. Kristian Brolin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Kristian Brolin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Nyamau quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arhangel Vergov hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FC Grivata defense, McDonald Leakey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Sørensen. The FC Grivata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Sørensen should have stopped the shot. FC Grivata's Slavey Kozovski got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Grivata were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hurst Green for a fine match.
