Dennis Castagna started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Golden Dragon FC booed when US Albenga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Castagna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Pacella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Rayman in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Melone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. US Albenga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Dragon FC the free kick. In the 5th match minute, US Albenga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Melone to maneuver through the defense. Alex Pacella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Perrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Desiderio Etor took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Pacella. Alex Pacella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alex Pacella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Etor, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Etor in the 28th minute of play forced US Albenga's goalkeeper Alex Pacella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dennis Castagna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bambang Sagala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Castagna in the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Leonardo Alfonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The wind increased when Desiderio Etor made the kick off in the second half. Alex Pacella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Perrando in the 51st minute of the match. Dennis Castagna scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bambang Sagala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo Aznar scored 1-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Pacella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. US Albenga made a substitution. Júnior Neymar replaced Dennis Castagna. After 89 minutes of play US Albenga's Anfilogino Melone was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 90th minute, Anfilogino Melone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Desiderio Etor came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Golden Dragon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Etor couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute Daniele Panella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bambang Sagala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The US Albenga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Golden Dragon FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
