With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Lando in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin Devine saved Real Cartagena from getting behind. In the 5th minute of the game Kayacan Münib made a throw-in which Dag Ahlrot played forward. Dag Ahlrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 played minutes 『盛世メ名門』浙江温州海狼队 got a freekick which was hit by 曹广笑. 18 minutes into the match, Dag Ahlrot dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Koprowski, 1-0. Aurelio Lando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwin Devine having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Real Cartagena's Alonzo Helguera couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 95th minute, Harris Geraets left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Cartagena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
