Vintilă Murgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Bartoszek in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hahay's zone, Daniel Ţîrlea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Smuskiewicz came out of the goal and Daniel Ţîrlea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Ronan McCunn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Huns fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 45 minutes into the match, Ronan McCunn notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz. Edgar Smuskiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Hahay's Radoslaw Zakrzewski got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Ronan McCunn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Smuskiewicz. Hahay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronan McCunn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. When the final whistle sounded The Huns left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hahay.
