In the 15th match minute, Brembols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Iezzi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ahmet Sefer managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pantera Azulgrana's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Sefer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Franceschelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Haisenberg Dolar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dibag Martinez was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After the first half La Pantera Azulgrana were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Eugenio Franceschelli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ahmet Sefer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 81 minute of play. Mati Suárez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Franceschelli having to interfere. Gunnar Gerdberg hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Brembols's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sefer came free, but Eugenio Franceschelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes in the game, Mati Suárez fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eugenio Franceschelli having to interfere.
