Deng Jian Bing was slow to take the kick. During this time Sao Brasola's players had a chance to rest. Elia Di Vincenzo took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wiktor Ekström. Wiktor Ekström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Örjan Björk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Urbano Saturnin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inácio de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Lu Jian Feng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sao Brasola's zone, Júlio Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Saturnin came out of the goal and Júlio Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nojus Barasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wiktor Ekström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Sao Brasola's Caetano Velasques was substituted for Joseph Asklöv. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesare Punta made a kick off. Wiktor Ekström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Punta in the 55th minute of play. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Wiktor Ekström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Di Vincenzo in the 57th minute of play. Sao Brasola's Cesare Punta got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åsbro Flåsegutter's attentive Rickard Vallander managed to snatch the ball when Lu Jian Feng made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. Wiktor Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elia Di Vincenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Kent Ahlquist struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Urbano Saturnin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åsbro Flåsegutter. Örjan Björk might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urbano Saturnin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Örjan Björk ran back to his position shaking his head. Urbano Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Örjan Björk in the 78th minute of play. Urbano Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Björk in the 80th minute of the match. Åsbro Flåsegutter made a substitution. Jakub Michalski replaced Örjan Björk. 85 minutes into the game, Caetano Velasques threw the ball into play from the sideline. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Zdzislaw Barniszke quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Urbano Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Michalski in the 89th minute of play. When Segundo Frichoso fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åsbro Flåsegutter's protests and gave Segundo Frichoso a yellow card for diving instead. Segundo Frichoso kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Sao Brasola's Urbano Saturnin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Michalski in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Cesare Punta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Sao Brasola defense, Jakub Michalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Saturnin. The Sao Brasola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Saturnin should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Åsbro Flåsegutter fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sao Brasola had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
