Ademir de Almeida took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Big Saver. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rdth minute of the game Jonathan Petersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botafogo AP's Alan do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Sanderson Cabeleira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Gugu Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Alan do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Guerrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Marc Gol's late challenge caught a Botafogo AP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Gol helped the player get up and apologised. Botafogo AP's Alan do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 54th minute of play. Ademir de Almeida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Big Saver made a huge save. After 56 played minutes Ademir de Almeida rounded -BZF- Barca de Buzau's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Sanderson Cabeleira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan do Vale having to interfere. Gugu Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 64th minute of play forced Botafogo AP's goalkeeper Alan do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, -BZF- Barca de Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shi Jun to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alan do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Botafogo AP made a substitution. Fritz Ernst Joinvilense replaced René Houseman. Alan do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. -BZF- Barca de Buzau had won after a very even match.
