Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 12th minute László Illés shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Carlos Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Palestra do Interior defense, László Illés kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. The Palestra do Interior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antônio Carlos Cavalcante should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Baltasar Artaldo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. The supporters of Baraja Española FC booed when Palestra do Interior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delfim Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Artaldo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Baltasar Artaldo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante came out and tried to block the shot, but Baltasar Artaldo slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 28th minute. When Baraja Española FC's Baltasar Artaldo, in the 36th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Baraja Española FC. In the 39th minute, Baltasar Artaldo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. The goal made the score 7-0. Palestra do Interior's Antônio Carlos Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Galtero in the 43rd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafim Simão was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Delfim Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Palestra do Interior's zone, Baltasar Artaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante came out of the goal and Baltasar Artaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Artaldo in the 62nd minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Baltasar Artaldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulysses Neto hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute of the match Ovidio Benavides shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antônio Carlos Cavalcante showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the match, László Illés notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Palestra do Interior's Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulysses Neto hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Palestra do Interior's Antônio Carlos Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by László Illés in the 76th minute of play. After 79 minutes Baraja Española FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dedé Mazer who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jhon Barcellos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Baraja Española FC's Eustaquio Javiar did a great save. Antônio Carlos Cavalcante came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Baraja Española FC's Baltasar Artaldo. But to his dismay, Baltasar Artaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 95th minute, László Illés made a precise shot to the right of Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. Palestra do Interior's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Baraja Española FC had played much better football throughout.
