The referee ignored Amelie FC's protests and gave António Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute Silvano Admon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Benino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gloria's zone, Aurelio Rubio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Baleren came out of the goal and Aurelio Rubio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the game, Amelie FC's Gerard López nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaias Baleren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Rubio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaias Baleren was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The Amelie FC fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Amelie FC's Aurelio Rubio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Gerard López received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Isaias Baleren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Gloria got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Roano. In the 45th minute, Marcial Leoiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes, Silvano Admon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gloria and the Amelie FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvano Admon kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Idacio was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Aurelio Rubio sped through Gloria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isaias Baleren. Nicasio Benino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Idacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Isaias Baleren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Rubio's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The Amelie FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Amelie FC's Aurelio Rubio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After some careless play in the Amelie FC defense, Rafael Ramone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicasio Benino. The Amelie FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicasio Benino should have stopped the shot. Amelie FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
