Luís Gustavo Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Bastos in the 6th minute of the match. After 8 minutes, Iker Boruc made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Marquês de Herval's Juarês de Amaral tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Juarês de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Osikowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Marcus Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Iker Boruc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juarês de Amaral. Marquês de Herval's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Boruc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 18th minute, Piotr Osikowicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juarês de Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Laurin in the 20th minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Juarês de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Osikowicz in the 22nd minute of play. When ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Iker Boruc in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marquês de Herval's goalie prevented a goal. Eliseu Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Prestes having to interfere. After 34 played minutes, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Benito Laurin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juarês de Amaral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ reached it. The supporters of ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ booed when Marquês de Herval was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovani Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes Marquês de Herval got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Abreu. Iker Boruc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Giovani Fernandes hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Benito Laurin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juarês de Amaral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. The wind increased when Marcus Simões made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Iker Boruc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juarês de Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Iker Boruc received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juarês de Amaral came out and tried to block the shot, but Iker Boruc slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 55th minute. With 61 minutes on the clock, Mário Santos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marquês de Herval! When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Iker Boruc took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Juarês de Amaral to make any attempt to save it. Juarês de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Boruc in the 71st minute of play. Marquês de Herval's Juarês de Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Marquês de Herval from getting a goal against them. Juarês de Amaral was a little too slow when Piotr Osikowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-11. Piotr Osikowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juarês de Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Juarês de Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iker Boruc went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Iker Boruc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juarês de Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Boruc in the 92nd minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Juarês de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Iker Boruc reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juarês de Amaral. The goal made the score 0-14. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Washington Ortiz took a quick shot and it went in 0-15 without a chance for Juarês de Amaral to make any attempt to save it. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
