In the 12th minute Peter Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhan İren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Santos in the 16th minute of play forced Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's goalkeeper Erhan İren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Erhan İren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Santos in the 19th minute of play. If Peter Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erhan İren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute Peter Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhan İren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Samurai Champions FC's Márcio de Brito got control of the ball when Aniceto Campello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erhan İren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Santos made a kick off. The audience was convinced that John Ryberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márcio de Brito was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The Teɱperłey Cɨŧy fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Aniceto Campello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gerardo Osorio took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Márcio de Brito. Márcio de Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Márcio de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Osorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márcio de Brito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Osorio went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Erhan İren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido Recife in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cido Recife in the 80th minute of play forced Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's goalkeeper Erhan İren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Teɱperłey Cɨŧy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Samurai Champions FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
