Tostão Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Tempel having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santos Lauren in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Tempel saved Rapid Wien from getting behind. Fausto Montel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when Rapid Wien was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uwe Kitzbichler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alf Tempel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sabino Valverde's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The supporters of Rapid Wien booed when Pretorianos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabino Valverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Demario during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute, one of Pretorianos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pretorianos FC. Rapid Wien's Alf Tempel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Valverde in the 48th minute of play. The Pretorianos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rapid Wien were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Sabino Valverde made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Montel in the 57th minute of play forced Pretorianos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Idacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Tostão Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pretorianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tostão Ceresso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alf Tempel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Pretorianos FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Pretorianos FC's zone, Fausto Montel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Idacio came out of the goal and Fausto Montel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A throw-in in the 69th minute of the game was made by Julius Reuter with Timo-Fabian Wolf as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, Pretorianos FC's Marciano Idacio got control of the ball when Fausto Montel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, Pretorianos FC's Sabino Valverde made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alf Tempel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 85 minutes into the match, Rapid Wien's goal looked a bit too open when Sabino Valverde came free, but Alf Tempel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tostão Ceresso came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Pretorianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Ceresso couldn't finish the play. Pretorianos FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
