Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zé Paulo Pombal got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Krtakama Kahlon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred de Barros in the 3rd minute of play forced Bebington's goalkeeper Akila Gupta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Cruzeiro RS got a corner. Bebington's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Paulo Pombal ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Tiago Esteves managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 12 played minutes Cruzeiro RS got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Koehler. Devanand Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Eguen Armesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Devanand Mendes in the 26th minute of play forced Cruzeiro RS's goalkeeper Eguen Armesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tegh Chubalepzuk in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eguen Armesto saved Cruzeiro RS from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Cruzeiro RS's Zé Paulo Pombal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Akila Gupta. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. After 34 minutes, Zé Paulo Pombal made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bebington's Akila Gupta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Bebington's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Pombal came free, but Akila Gupta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eguen Armesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tegh Chubalepzuk in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cruzeiro RS's Rodriguinho Hoffmann got a free kick in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tegh Chubalepzuk made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio Branco in the 51st minute of play forced Bebington's goalkeeper Akila Gupta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Geovânio Branco fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Akila Gupta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zé Paulo Pombal's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. The corner ended in Zé Paulo Pombal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bebington's Akila Gupta did a great save. 63 minutes into the match, Fred de Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Akila Gupta. Bebington's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred de Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Cruzeiro RS's Eguen Armesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brhadkaya Barua in the 70th minute of play. Cruzeiro RS made a substitution. João Augusto Vides replaced Tiago Esteves. After 73 minutes Cruzeiro RS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hishey Singh who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Bebington's Hishey Singh to fire away a dangerous shot which Eguen Armesto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cruzeiro RS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zé Paulo Pombal in the 76th minute. The corner led Cruzeiro RS's Zé Paulo Pombal to fire away a dangerous shot which Akila Gupta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Zé Paulo Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Cruzeiro RS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Asvatthi Jain fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Paulo Pombal in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akila Gupta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Devanand Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Eguen Armesto made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Pombal in the 96th minute of play forced Bebington's goalkeeper Akila Gupta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cruzeiro RS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bebington had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
