Oséias Vidal came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Tribos's Marcello Lewandowski. But to his dismay, Marcello Lewandowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Oséias Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Marcello Lewandowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tribos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Rose Gold FC's zone, Marcello Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oséias Vidal came out of the goal and Marcello Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Tribos's Edvin van der Saar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filippo Tundo in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Cristiano Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tribos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rose Gold FC's Filippo Tundo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Tribos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
