ManagerZone Crew's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Wofgang Kopitz scored to the left of an out of position Patrick Armstrong, making the score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Adrian Våleman managed to get in a good position for a shot. ManagerZone Crew's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Våleman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tymoteusz Mios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Ununger in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tymoteusz Mios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Robert Ununger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tymoteusz Mios was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. KFC Uerdingen 05's Chiquinho Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Armstrong was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Chiquinho Alagoano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chiquinho Alagoano really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Zhao Fei Ling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Patrick Armstrong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Andreas Spante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wofgang Kopitz in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peter Linkhorst made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Bannenbusch in the 51st minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Bannenbusch in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Ununger in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tymoteusz Mios saved KFC Uerdingen 05 from getting behind. Simon Bannenbusch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Armstrong having to interfere. Thorbjörn Olerius kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wofgang Kopitz in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Thorbjörn Olerius hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, KFC Uerdingen 05's Simon Bannenbusch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After having played for 72 minutes, Chiquinho Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Uerdingen 05's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chiquinho Alagoano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Artemio Banegas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 86 minutes into the match, Wofgang Kopitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wofgang Kopitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Artemio Banegas scored 8-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Armstrong, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
