In the 10th minute Carlos Carnicero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wit Bronkala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wit Bronkala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Carnicero, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 47th minute, Zbyszko Mazierz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The U21 Poland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Walkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Teobald Hodas in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye U21 Poland's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th play minute Teobald Hodas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wit Bronkala. 0-6. Carlos Carnicero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Wit Bronkala skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 84 minutes into the match, U21 Poland's Zbyszko Mazierz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iwo Dombroski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, U21 Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Kolbe came free, but Wit Bronkala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislaw Kolbe let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 90th minute shot 0-7 at rihgt post. The crowd rose to their feet as KS Luxik Ruda Śląska's Carlos Carnicero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wit Bronkala. That made the score 0-8 after 93 minutes of play. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska played a much better game than U21 Poland and deserved their victory. The U21 Poland players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
