Lions Of Turks's Cengiz Bozbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nesho Metev in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Stoil Stoitzev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC TORPEDO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lions Of Turks the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC TORPEDO's Stoil Stoitzev got a free kick in the 17th minute. 24 minutes into the game, FC TORPEDO's Nesho Metev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cengiz Bozbey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 27 minutes into the game, Lions Of Turks's Bogumil Pochorylo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aron Cocea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Stoil Stoitzev struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Cengiz Bozbey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC TORPEDO. After 35 played minutes FC TORPEDO got a freekick which was hit by Miho Oronov. After some careless play in the FC TORPEDO defense, Bogumil Pochorylo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aron Cocea. The FC TORPEDO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aron Cocea should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute Lilko Nikolchov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cengiz Bozbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match FC TORPEDO got a corner. Lions Of Turks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nacho Mechkarski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC TORPEDO's Nacho Mechkarski to fire away a dangerous shot which Cengiz Bozbey despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Stoil Stoitzev hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bogumil Pochorylo was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute Bogumil Pochorylo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Cocea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Bogumil Pochorylo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. In the 71st match minute, FC TORPEDO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lilko Nikolchov to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC TORPEDO's Alexander Nikolinski got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 80th minute, Namık Hafız left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lions Of Turks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Many of FC TORPEDO's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC TORPEDO may have spent more time on the ball, but Lions Of Turks were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
