Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laércio Penha in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavino Afonso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Esteve Cacheres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hıdır Aygüneş came free, but Mickaël Maris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute of the match Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ got a corner. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sun Wei ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Hıdır Aygüneş almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Mickaël Maris did a great save. 24 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Mickaël Maris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hıdır Aygüneş. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laércio Penha in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Afonso saved Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s Esteve Cacheres slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mickaël Maris. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. After 39 played minutes Nova Iguaçu MZFC got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Favoretto. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Mickaël Maris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Iguaçu MZFC from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Zacarias Oliverios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hıdır Aygüneş made a kick off. Laércio Penha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Afonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Esteve Cacheres scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mickaël Maris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gavino Afonso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laércio Penha's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After 79 minutes Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomás Mazza who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Jerônimo Favoretto got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-1. 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Trossero in the 94th minute of play forced Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Mickaël Maris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laércio Penha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Gavino Afonso made a huge save. Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nova Iguaçu MZFC for a fine match.
