In the 2nd match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timo Schinnenburg to maneuver through the defense. Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Ceballos in the 3rd minute of play. The Möhnsen FC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Möhnsen FC's Guido Burgstaller looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fabio Hernando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Emerson Ferraz made a huge save. Fabian Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Béla Strothmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Burgstaller in the 14th minute of play. Emerson Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Ceballos's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Jens Albers's late challenge caught a Vilo Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens Albers helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Jens Albers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 26 minutes, Ezequiel Ceballos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilo Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Ceballos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 28th play minutes Guido Burgstaller shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Fabian Emeterio and just under the crossbar into goal. 39 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Ceballos came free, but Emerson Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Möhnsen FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ezequiel Ceballos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Ferraz having to interfere. Vilo Futbol Club made a substitution. Ruperto Cristofor replaced Ezequiel Ceballos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Burgstaller got free with Fabian Emeterio in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute of the match Möhnsen FC got a corner. Vilo Futbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karel Dautzenberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Karel Dautzenberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabian Emeterio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the match, Vilo Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Burgstaller came free, but Fabian Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Emeterio made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Guido Burgstaller sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Guido Burgstaller made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Emeterio. Vilo Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Fabian Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Freiherr in the 81st minute of play. Möhnsen FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karel Dautzenberg in the 82nd minute. Dustin Zentner tried in the game's 83rd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Fabian Emeterio. An annoying self made goal, 0-4. Torben Holbach kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Dustin Zentner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emerson Ferraz. Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Vilo Futbol Club's goalkeeper Fabian Emeterio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guido Burgstaller. Ruperto Cristofor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Emerson Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Möhnsen FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
