All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Günther Doty that got to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Alvaro Llorienzo in the 101st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Tytus Orling. When the match clock showed 104 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Günther Doty sped through Santa Lucia de Merlo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norberto Tino. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
