Zé Trigo started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's Kosin Marianto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Fontes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Brun came free, but Sylwester Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mathias Jakobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Kosin Marianto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Fontes. Sumaré Sport Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kosin Marianto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Sumaré Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Kosin Marianto came free, but Richard Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kosin Marianto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Fontes having to make a save. Sylwester Wawro made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Sebastian Brun sent off a good shot on target. Sylwester Wawro was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Sebastian Brun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebastian Brun really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Janusz Tyszka's late challenge caught a Kwyjibo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janusz Tyszka helped the player get up and apologised. Janusz Tyszka hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Kosin Marianto struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Richard Fontes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kwyjibo. In the 40th minute Guilherme de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 played minutes Sumaré Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Luke. In the 47th minute, Etxepare Angostina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Kosin Marianto got free with Richard Fontes in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mathias Jakobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo was substituted for Kosin Marianto. A collision led to Kwyjibo getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mathias Jakobsson hit a great ball. Richard Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Burgo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Sumaré Sport Club from getting a goal against them. Richard Fontes made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Christian Burgo sent off a good shot on target. Sumaré Sport Club made a substitution. Jessica Xerifão replaced Xu Sha Quan. After 78 minutes Sumaré Sport Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guilherme de Souza who took care of the corner kick. In the 80th minute Christian Burgo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kwyjibo's Sylwester Wawro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Brun in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Sumaré Sport Club getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Janusz Tyszka hit a great ball. Richard Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Burgo in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kwyjibo's zone, Alfred Chmelyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sylwester Wawro came out of the goal and Alfred Chmelyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Brun came free, but Sylwester Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kwyjibo's Kyrylo Latenko got a free kick in the 91st minute. Richard Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Burgo in the 94th minute. In the 95th match minute, Kwyjibo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyrylo Latenko to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute of the match Zé Trigo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sylwester Wawro skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kwyjibo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sumaré Sport Club.
