Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Rafael Emmanuel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vilhelm Holm, made in the 46th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torgny Landin was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özkan Kayaer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Reynaldo Astrada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb from getting a goal against them. In the 59thth minute of the game Isidro Gabrio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Jens-Åke Källberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidro Gabrio in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Åke Källberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 played minutes Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Emmanuel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Saturno in the 84th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Akil Tüney sped through Boca Juniors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jens-Åke Källberg. Prudencio Ralondo took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Åke Källberg. Jens-Åke Källberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.
