In the 8th minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Nuno Arruda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrenta SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave spikarna the free kick. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Nuno Arruda hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Nordkvist in the 11th minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute of the match, Genílson Leite got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lars Norberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 17th minute of the match Barrenta SC got a corner. spikarna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yuan Lin Shi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Yuan Lin Shi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lars Norberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 19th minute, Witomir Ziomkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lars Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 21st minute. In the 22nd match minute, spikarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Nordkvist to maneuver through the defense. Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atakan Pepe in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genílson Leite got free with Lars Norberg in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 31 minutes spikarna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yuan Lin Shi who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of spikarna's goalie and right to Marcelinho Ramalho. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. spikarna's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Agustín Tastzian came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Barrenta SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Tastzian couldn't finish the play. Witomir Ziomkowski took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Trigo. Edgar Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Hård in the 44th minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agustín Tastzian made a kick off. Kaj Hård could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Edgar Trigo made a huge save. If Nariman Mansourian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes Barrenta SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Atakan Pepe who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to spikarna's Sune Offendahl getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Barrenta SC's Urban Stenman was substituted for Genílson Leite. Sven Nordkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 66 in the game by Kaj Hård from a close distance when the talented Edgar Trigo managed to make a qualified save. Barrenta SC's players were relieved. Witomir Ziomkowski scored 0-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Trigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kaj Hård came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Edgar Trigo could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Witomir Ziomkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. spikarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Witomir Ziomkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Trigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Nariman Mansourian got a free kick in the 76th minute. Kaj Hård scored 0-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Trigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Barrenta SC's Edgar Trigo got control of the ball when Kaj Hård tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Hård in the 88th minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Edgar Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Sven Nordkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Edgar Trigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. spikarna walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
