An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Macia in the 17th minute of play forced Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalkeeper Matias Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Matias Ceandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleix Rosanes in the 22nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Beto Márcico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Canyelles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albert Canyelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Furtado in the 35th minute of the match. Red Hawk Football Club's attentive Ascencio Marques managed to snatch the ball when Leon Maldonado made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Asesinos Por Naturaleza were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Red Hawk Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baltasar Bertol took the corner. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Cai Shi Sheng was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Albert Canyelles in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aleix Rosanes to make the kick off. Bert Moors struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Red Hawk Football Club were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
