The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oskar Wållander got free with Vitko Hadzhiiliev in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sweden's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joacim Hansson in the 94th minute. In the 94th minute, one of SPARROWS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SPARROWS. The Sweden supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sweden would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
