Alfredinho Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ted Lasso sent off a good shot on target. Ted Lasso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Alfredinho Carneiro made a huge save. The supporters of Wittbach SSA booed when Colognese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Colognese FC's Ruben Casado got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ruben Casado made a kick off. The supporters of Colognese FC booed when Wittbach SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Motowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Lasso in the 63rd minute of play forced Colognese FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes Colognese FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Grzegorz Motowski who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Daniel Bentkowski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 67thth minute of the game Ted Lasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colognese FC's Alfredinho Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grzegorz Motowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colognese FC's Juninho Santos was substituted for Ruben Casado. Ján Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute Colognese FC were awarded a corner. Ioan Cocârlă went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Colognese FC's Ioan Cocârlă to fire away a dangerous shot which Ján Oblak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
