Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gilvan Costa started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Codruț Schipor during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Codruț Schipor hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Ricardo Bezerra, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Corneliu Andrițoiu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Gilvan Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Sandu Mincu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandu Mincu came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Carandahy's Luiz Paulo Pires. But to his dismay, Luiz Paulo Pires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Carandahy's Luiz Paulo Pires nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandu Mincu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gilvan Costa scored 0-4 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandu Mincu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Cléberson Lago made a precise shot to the right of Sandu Mincu. Jeselnic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Sandu Mincu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan Costa in the 37th minute of play. Cléberson Lago charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cléberson Lago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cléberson Lago hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Gilvan Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandu Mincu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Costică Zgârcu made a kick off. After some careless play in the Jeselnic defense, Luiz Paulo Pires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandu Mincu. The Jeselnic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandu Mincu should have stopped the shot. Gilvan Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Sandu Mincu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Paulo Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Mincu having to interfere. If Costică Zgârcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Jeselnic getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Corneliu Andrițoiu hit a great ball. When Gilvan Costa came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Carandahy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilvan Costa couldn't finish the play. Jeselnic's Sandu Mincu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Jeselnic from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Carandahy's Luiz Paulo Pires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandu Mincu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luiz Paulo Pires in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sandu Mincu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sandu Mincu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 81st minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. In the 84th match minute, Carandahy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléberson Lago to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Paulo Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Mincu having to interfere. Luiz Paulo Pires took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandu Mincu. Sandu Mincu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Gilvan Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sandu Mincu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandu Mincu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan Costa in the 96th minute of the match. Carandahy's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
