Deportivo La Coruna's Manuel Solera got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manuel Solera's late challenge caught a Drejens FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Solera helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Drejens FC booed when Deportivo La Coruna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. The tension between the Deportivo La Coruna and the Drejens FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo La Coruna getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Drejens FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo La Coruna the free kick. After a rather tough play, Drejens FC's Erling Tafelli got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute William Doblas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teis Østrup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Drejens FC's Donald Reeder made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Urbasa Camarasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Urbasa Camarasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Appelgreen, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 89 played minutes Deportivo La Coruna got a freekick which was hit by Lino Madariaga. 95 minutes into the match, Deportivo La Coruna's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Appelgreen came free, but Urbasa Camarasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
