A sloppy throw-in by Tarjei Kolltveit in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Perinkää FC's Launo Pasanen. In the 35th minute of the game Tarjei Kolltveit made a throw-in which Christoffer Schjerven played forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christoffer Schjerven during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raymond Schjølberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hannu Paajanen in the 37th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Kristiansen made a kick off. Anton Kristiansen's late challenge caught a Perinkää FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Kristiansen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Anton Kristiansen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ragnar Bøe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Tarvajärvi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Kristiansen in the 54th minute of the match. Elias Tarvajärvi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Preben Derås, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raymond Schjølberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Launo Pasanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Torkel Eek charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. If Hannu Paajanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Grunnfør FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
