The corner led to KaoS Futbol Club's Alejandro Lamberto getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Lamberto in the 15th minute of play forced El Gallo de Moron's goalkeeper Nacho Gonzalez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, El Gallo de Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Lebas came free, but Nacho Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, El Gallo de Moron's Franco Ternero got a free kick in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's Igor Lebas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nacho Gonzalez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Igor Lebas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Gallo de Moron's Nacho Gonzalez. Nacho Gonzalez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Pierluigi Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisinho Laguna. A nice corner shot did that Teofilo Garrote got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pierluigi Buffon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the match, El Gallo de Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Lebas came free, but Nacho Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The El Gallo de Moron players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KaoS Futbol Club were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Igor Lebas made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Igor Lebas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KaoS Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Pierluigi Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Luisinho Laguna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pierluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Laguna in the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Igor Lebas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KaoS Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Lebas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Franco Ternero made in the 94th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Quin. The KaoS Futbol Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing KaoS Futbol Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
