The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benjamin Kruse made in the 5th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Torbjörn Grep however managed to control. Benjamin Kruse hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Gösta Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Laguna in the 9th minute of play. Ninjas FK's Gösta Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Laguna in the 11th minute of play. Gösta Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisinho Laguna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ninjas FK's Claes Landin got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisinho Laguna in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gösta Andreasson saved Ninjas FK from getting behind. After 23 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Arne Löfgren. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho Laguna in the 25th minute of play forced Ninjas FK's goalkeeper Gösta Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, El Gallo de Moron's Luisinho Laguna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gösta Andreasson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nacho Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Grep, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Luisinho Laguna made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ninjas FK's Dans Are got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 59 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Luisinho Laguna came free, but Gösta Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gösta Andreasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisinho Laguna went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Ninjas FK's Gösta Andreasson got control of the ball when Luisinho Laguna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luisinho Laguna succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 67th playminute. Nacho Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorden Blomme, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 77 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Claes Landin. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Jorden Blomme sped through El Gallo de Moron's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nacho Gonzalez. Anti Alla hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute of the match Gilberto Ihazintu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gösta Andreasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match was over El Gallo de Moron could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ninjas FK throughout the match.
