But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orhan Bey couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Fundação Marques dos Reis made a substitution. Dallas Dalglish replaced Wesly Goemyne. The crowd rose to their feet as ORIZABA F.C.'s Cyprian Oliszewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 姚斌云. That made the score 2-3 after 78 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyprian Oliszewski got free with 姚斌云 in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fundação Marques dos Reis's 姚斌云 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Bey in the 85th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s Fausto Beattie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 姚斌云 narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
