Angel Jon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clay Regazzoni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Angel Jon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's Angel Jon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save PoRtUgAl hOcKeY from getting a goal against them. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's Angel Jon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save PoRtUgAl hOcKeY from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute of the match New York CitY CopS got a corner. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Øssur í Lon Jacobsen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Angel Jon made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Ismael Licerio sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 12 in the game by Clay Regazzoni from a close distance when the talented Angel Jon managed to make a qualified save. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's players were relieved. 17 minutes into the match, Clay Regazzoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angel Jon. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clay Regazzoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Licerio in the 20th minute of play forced PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's goalkeeper Angel Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iker Esdras during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to PoRtUgAl hOcKeY getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Iker Esdras hit a great ball. Angel Jon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Licerio in the 26th minute of play. Angel Jon was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Ismael Licerio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ismael Licerio really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Ismael Licerio put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Angel Jon. 34 minutes into the match, PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's goal looked a bit too open when Clay Regazzoni came free, but Angel Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angel Jon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Janko in the 36th minute. Angel Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Licerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Ismael Licerio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angel Jon came out and tried to block the shot, but Ismael Licerio slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, New York CitY CopS's Ismael Licerio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. In the 45th minute, Ismael Licerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Primitivo Enetz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Portillo. New York CitY CopS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Primitivo Enetz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismael Licerio to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, New York CitY CopS's Clay Regazzoni made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angel Jon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angel Jon came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by New York CitY CopS's Clay Regazzoni. But to his dismay, Clay Regazzoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. In the 62nd minute, Benigno Ibañez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. Alvaro Lop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Angel Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. New York CitY CopS's Nicanor Porfirio was substituted for Benigno Ibañez. Angel Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clay Regazzoni in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, New York CitY CopS's Nicanor Porfirio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angel Jon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Porfirio in the 73rd minute of play forced PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's goalkeeper Angel Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Licerio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angel Jon having to make a save. Ismael Licerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angel Jon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismael Licerio ran back to his position shaking his head. After 77 minutes, Ismael Licerio made it 12-1 with a short kick to the right side. PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's Angel Jon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the PoRtUgAl hOcKeY defense, Ismael Licerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Jon. The PoRtUgAl hOcKeY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Jon should have stopped the shot. A collision led to PoRtUgAl hOcKeY getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Lisandro Goyo hit a great ball. Angel Jon came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by New York CitY CopS's Nicanor Porfirio. But to his dismay, Nicanor Porfirio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-1. A collision led to New York CitY CopS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Nicanor Porfirio hit a great ball. Angel Jon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Porfirio went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 15-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clay Regazzoni in the 97th minute of play forced PoRtUgAl hOcKeY's goalkeeper Angel Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New York CitY CopS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
