The corner was taken by Lilian Pãduret in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Centru FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olly Morgan came free, but Grigore Cotorobai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Centru FC's Grigore Cotorobai got control of the ball when Marcelito Vivar tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Centru FC booed when Alianza Trujillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Dean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lilian Pãduret was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Grigore Cotorobai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yu Ting Sang in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Alianza Trujillo booed when Centru FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Inglebert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 played minutes, Alianza Trujillo's Szilveszter Szegh shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Grigore Cotorobai came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alianza Trujillo reached it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Centru FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alianza Trujillo.
