Fălciu's Stelian Jurcuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquín Lillo in the 30th minute of play. Blas Colas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ booed when Fălciu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriu Popârcea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heitor Quental took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stelian Jurcuț. Fălciu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luca Gligan lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Fălciu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵:s goal. Heitor Quental scored 1-6 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stelian Jurcuț, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 98th minute Dendi Ishutin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Jurcuț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
