Luis Bladi might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yao Bin Yun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yao Bin Yun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Bladi in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Taras Romanchuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fundação Marques dos Reis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Fundação Marques dos Reis made a substitution. Christer Olsson made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Juninho Pernambucano sent off a good shot on target. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fundação Marques dos Reis's goalkeeper Yao Bin Yun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
