Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Tonete made the kick off which started today's match. 10 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Gross came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wulf Köllner to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Küttner came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Antonio Perrando notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Werderaner 04 Volkssport's Nestor Romero. Nestor Romero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wladimir Jungwirth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerd Gross received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Richard Textex came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerd Gross slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Wladimir Jungwirth made a precise shot to the right of Richard Textex. Newpi Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Küttner came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerd Gross's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Richard Textex firmly grabbed it by the left post. Wladimir Jungwirth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Textex made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Küttner in the 44th minute. Richard Textex made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Gross in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Wladimir Jungwirth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Textex. Newpi Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wladimir Jungwirth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Küttner was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Jonas Küttner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Gross in the 56th minute of the match. Richard Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wladimir Jungwirth, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cornelio Guerrero hit a great ball. Benno Schellhase's late challenge caught a Newpi Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benno Schellhase helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Werderaner 04 Volkssport fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Werderaner 04 Volkssport:s Nestor Romero showed great skill when he stopped Antonio Perrando:s penalty. Nestor Romero came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Newpi Academy's Alberto Tonete. But to his dismay, Alberto Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Richard Textex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Gross in the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Gerd Gross ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Textex was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Eulalio Otsando kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Richard Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerd Gross, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Textex made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Gross in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute Steven Grund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Textex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerd Gross, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Guaberto Efren hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Werderaner 04 Volkssport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Grund to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Perrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 100th minute Jonas Küttner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Werderaner 04 Volkssport walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
