In the 22ndth minute of the game Vito Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernabe Rojas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dagoberto Loureiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio got control of the ball when Vito Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, 0 descensos's Bernabe Rojas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dagoberto Loureiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Chico Hermes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cöpacabana FC and the 0 descensos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cöpacabana FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Chico Hermes hit a great ball. Dobromir Brudnicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Adolfo Adrio made a huge save. Bernabe Rojas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dagoberto Loureiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dobromir Brudnicki got free with Adolfo Adrio in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dobromir Brudnicki to strike the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Adrio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dobromir Brudnicki's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 62 minutes into the game, Cöpacabana FC's Dobromir Brudnicki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Adrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Cöpacabana FC made a substitution. Stig-Åke Benet replaced Vito Leite. In the 81st minute Stig-Åke Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Adrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute of the match Cöpacabana FC got a corner. 0 descensos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Talha İstanbul ran over to the corner to take the kick. Talha İstanbul made a great header on Cöpacabana FC's corner, it was just that 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio managed to reach the ball for a save. When 0 descensos's Bernabe Rojas in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
