An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlin Haaland in the 22nd minute of play forced Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Burak Demirsoy was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apostol Sokolov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 27 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's goal looked a bit too open when Erlin Haaland came free, but Apostol Sokolov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ersen Bumba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Apostol Sokolov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ersen Bumba made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Claudio Quiroga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Carlos Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Erlin Haaland notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov. Apostol Sokolov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute Erlin Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostol Sokolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
